Need to have:
Must have good understanding of Network and Operating Systems
Exposure to installation, configuration of Windows and Unix operating systems
Experience in monitoring critical system parameters – hard disk , CPU usage, etc
Ability to work on multiple systems concurrently in a production environment including supporting multiple customers/environments simultaneously
Exposure to Server hardware – Dell, IBM, Sun, etc.
Good Unix System Administration Skills (prefer Solaris and Linux)
Strong trouble shooting abilities
