At eFORCE employees constantly evolve and pick up new and cutting edge technologies. While a lot of this is planned initiatives, a lot of learning also happens as a part of the overall eFORCE’s natural cultural desire to learn, grow, explore, innovate and execute.

As an initiative to capture and learn what our employees are learning, we started Skillz as an in-house product.

Over a period of time the flexibility of the product, ability to integrate with multiple other external systems and a rich feature set which allows the product to capture skill-sets in a rapidly growing technology company like ours; the product started seeing a lot of adaption from some our customers in the Oil and Gas vertical.

In the last three years Skillz has been developed in multiple verticals and has evolved to cover a large range of functionality ranging from Training, Interviewing, Appraisals etc. besides capturing skillets.
