Nat Natraj, Founder & Board Member

Nat Natraj is the Founder and Board Member of eFORCE . He was previously the VP and GM of the Financial Services division (an $80M business line) at Siebel Systems (now Oracle). He has previously held sales, marketing and general management positions at Alysis (now CSC Financial Services), TRW (now CSC Financial Services) and Wang Labs. He has an MS from University of Virginia and B. Tech from IIT Bombay, both in Chemical Engineering.

Anirban Sanyal, Chief of Finance and Operations

Anirban is heading the Finance function in eFORCE. He is a Chartered Accountant by profession. He started his career in the Audit and Business Advisory Services division of PricewaterhouseCoopers and thereafter moved on to KPMG. In the 7 years Anirban has spent with PwC and KPMG, he has had extensive experience in various GAAP Audits, Internal Audits, Taxation services including Transfer Pricing mechanisms and other Accounting Services – including budgeting/management reporting and also implementation of SAP 4.6 (FICO Module), JD Edwards and Navision. Prior to joining eFORCE, he was working at the World Bank in the Resource Management Advisory Services function – looking into the accounting interpretation and implementation of policies, procedures and the internal control framework, process analysis and restructuring, and exploring business development possibilities (for migration of business processes, research and analysis opportunities to India) with the Bank’s various Accounting departments located centrally at HQ.

Ravi Pande, Vice President, Managed Services

Ravi Pande runs our IT operations and runs our managed services and support practice. He has been involved in technology related projects for twenty years and during his career has worked on the delivery of complex business solutions for many companies including Wells Fargo, Visa, Bank of New York, Fidelity Investments, Bear Stears and Wachovia. For the past several years he been involved in helping clients on the design of Software as a Service product with an emphasis on deploying and managing highly scaleable and secure Web based solutions.

Shakeel Rashed, Vice President, Business Solutions

Shakeel Rashed is responsible for marketing of eFORCE solutions and services. He also heads our partner alliances. He has worked in the business process and technology consulting/evangelism for the past 15 years. He has led several major initiatives from strategy consulting and advisory services to full life cycle implementations with large companies such as HP, Schlumberger, Home Depot, DHL, Citibank, Dun and Bradstreet, Trilogy, Cambridge Technology Partners. He has also co-founded a telecom software company. He has a Masters from School of Business and Public Management at George Washington University and Bachelor of Engineering majoring in computer science and engineering from Osmania University.

Rajarshi Nag, Principal Officer, HR

Rajarshi has over 8 years of HR experience involving consulting, recruitment and manpower planning, developing appraisal systems, competency mapping processes, identifying training requirements and developing modules, aligning human potential to business results. Rajarshi is well versed in statutory compliances, Administration and Legal matters. He has an MBA with specialization in Human Resources from IISWBM, and a Post Graduate degree in Training & Development from Indian Society for Training & Development, India.

Darrel Karisch, Principal Officer, Technology

Darrel has written software professionally for over fifteen years in the oil and gas industry. He has developed client-server graphics applications on the UNIX platform for geophysicists and reservoir engineering professionals. With the advent of the Internet his focus has been on developing solutions to meet the demands of customers requiring the integration of multiple sources of data and content for presentation and interaction across the web. He has used both, the Rational Unified Process and Agile methodologies in his development efforts with a preference for Agile methods. Darrel has a Masters in Computer Science from the University of Houston and a Bachelor of Science in geophysics from Texas A&M University.

Anish Biswas, Principal Officer, Technology Architect

Anish has worked in various JavaEE projects building products and solutions for the joy of building applications and seeing it add value to business. Worked with object oriented, distributed, portable, secure n-tier architecture using various JavaEE features and Application servers. Inspired by “Domain-driven Design” philosophies and Agile techniques which can be combined with existing process to build higher quality software systems. Lately working with open source, Web 2.0 and service oriented applications, Anish is keen on developing high quality, high value applications. Anish has a Masters in Computer Science from University of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He has keen interest in research areas of Multi-Agent systems within AI. Rajiv Popat, Principal Officer, Technology

With a Bachelors degree in Commerce, Honors in Accountancy, over 15 different vendor certifications (from Microsoft, Oracle and others) Rajiv plays an active role in Design and Implementation of Enterprise Applications using Microsoft Tools and Technologies. He has been involved with a wide range of projects ranging from low level Applications for MFD devices to high level implementations using Portal frameworks like Sharepoint. Besides designing systems, he enjoys being actively involved in coding and implementation. Rajiv also enjoys writing articles & blogs, conducting trainings and mentoring people on Microsoft Tools and Technologies.

Debjani Roy, Principal Officer, Creative Services

With a bachelor’s degree in Arts, Debjani has been working with the Creative Services team, on a host of creative design and branding requirements for internal and external clients. Assignments delivered are related to creating user interface designs, prototyping, business and technical documentation and presentation support, website design and maintenance, and building the corporate brand.

Mr. Pande brings over twenty years of Experience in Consulting, Business Transformation, and Product Development. Mr. Pande sits on Multiple Boards of Private companies and non profits. Mr. Pande has been an early Investor, and hands on Executive in growing and building companies.
